Founder and CEO of ASEICO Company. His life was dedicated to deliver High Quality Work with high Standard requirements and competitive offer for electro-mechanical design and works. Because of his transparency, dedication and experience in his work, which attracted the love and appreciation of the Clients, Project Owners, Engineers and his team towards him. He is a patent holder for an invention that deals with the electrical power saving of the lighting stations in cities.
40 Years Experience in handling activities pertaining to Project Management i.e Planning, Installations, Testing and Commissioning Coordination of Substation Power Distribution Systems, Industrial Utilities Equipments , Systems upgradation. Comprehensive experience in planning, organizing and managing project electrical construction activities in close coordination with Engineers, Supervisors , Manufacturers , subcontractors & all interdisciplines.
GENERAL MANAGER (GM) & CHIEF MEP
He has more than 12 years of professional experience in the Design, Supervision and Contracting for Sustainability Field and MEP Works, Electrical, Plumbing for Building Services on major construction projects in UAE & KSA & LEBANON. These included commercial towers, residential complexes, Hotels, religious buildings, Palaces, Healthcare Projects, petrol station & Industrial Warehouses. Riad has classified more than 25 Green Buildings in UAE.
He is LEED AP, PQP, CEM, CMVP, PMP, BPAC Certified.
Riad is a Certified Building Performance Analysis from Autodesk. He is also LEED and CEM Trainer in the Middle East Region, an University Instructor and Lecturer for Sustainability and Electro-Mechanical Courses. Riad is Scientific Researcher who published Green Building & Renewable Energy Studies, Articles and Books.
HEAD OF MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT
Ahmed is a Mechanical Engineer who has more than 8 years of professional experience in the design, installation and Supervision of Mechanical Design for Building Services on major construction projects in LEBANON and Gulf Region. These included commercial towers, residential complexes & industrial warehouses.
In the Mid of 2011, Ahmed joined Deir Aamar Combined Cycle Power Plant (Lebanon) as Site Mechanical Engineer responsible for Supervision on :
- Maintenance & Operation of Contractor works,
- Major Overhaul and Minor Inspection works for Gas/Steam Turbines.
- Reports/Issues of the power Plant.
HEAD OF ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
Ziad is an Electrical Engineer who has more than 7 years of professional experience in the design, installation and Supervision of Electrical Design for Building Services on major construction projects in Lebanon. These included commercial towers, residential complexes & industrial warehouses.
In the Mid of 2012, Ziad joined Kadisha Electricity Company (Lebanon) as Electrical Consultant Engineer responsible for :
- Maintenance & Operation of Contractor works,
- Major Overhaul and Minor Inspection works for Electrical Distribution Network.

Omar is a Civil Engineer who has more than 3 years of professional experience in the design, installation and Supervision of Civil Design on major construction projects in LEBANON. These included commercial towers, residential complexes & industrial warehouses.
