Riad is a Chief MEP. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in the Sustainability Design and MEP Design Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing for Building Services on major construction projects in UAE & KSA & LEBANON. These included commercial towers, residential complexes, Hotels, religious buildings, Palaces, Healthcare Projects, petrol station & Industrial Warehouses.
As well as his design and project management experience (Certified by PMI – USA), Riad is well involved in sustainable buildings design. He is certified personnel (LEED AP) for US Green Building Council , (PQP) from Abu Dhabi Municipality to undergo green building projects in the emirate of Abu Dhabi under its unique program ESTIDAMA. Riad has classified more than 25 Green Buildings in UAE.
Riad is one of the Founder Members of Lebanon Green Building Council – North Lebanon Chapter (LGBC – NLC)and American Society of Energy Engineers – North Lebanon Chapter (AEE).
Riad is the Vice President of Mechanical Consultant Department and the representative of Order of Engineers and Architects – Tripoli and Environmental Jury Member concerning Green Building Subjects and meetings in Beirut.
Riad is a Lecturer for Sustainability (Green Building, Zero Energy Building , Renewable Energy subjects) in some Conferences and published Green Building and Renewable Energy Efficiency Articles in some Magazines.
Riad is an University Instructor for Sustainability and Electro-Mechanical Course. He is Scientific Reasercher and Supervisor for Final Master Projects for Engineering Students.
